Job summary

Hr Business Solutions is seeking a Project Management Engineer for Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX. You will lead SMT project initiatives and provide on-site tech support, training, and customer communications to drive successful implementations.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and proven SMT/electronics manufacturing experience, with strong English skills for client coordination and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
Prior SMT / electronics manufacturing industry experience is required.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of PLC, AOI, SPI, Printer, Mounter, Reflow Oven, Wave Soldering, Conveyors, etc.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide after-sales support for SMT and other equipment.
Train customers on machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
Manage SMT projects, including solution consulting, process optimization, automation, and production capacity improvement.
Provide emergency technical support to customers when required.
Prepare technical reports and English PPT presentations and coordinate with customers regarding technical issues, POs, payments, testing, and machine demonstrations.
Coordinate customer requirements during the order and delivery process.
Identify new customer requirements and support project follow-ups.
Introduce company products and solutions to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
