We are offering a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor position based at the Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL in the E-Systems Division.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to implementing systems that ensure the proper and continuous operation of production equipment, with a focus on safety and accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and auditing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Monitoring the execution of maintenance routines.
• Implementing cost-saving projects related to energy and equipment maintenance.
• Maintaining machinery and equipment integrity, reporting temporary solutions, and documenting changes.
• Monitoring PPE use, utilizing the LOTO system, and promoting safety practices.
• Tracking metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, TPM, and Reliability.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Education in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar fields.
• Experience in the electronics industry is required.
• Experience with wave soldering, conformal coating, selective soldering, routers, dispensing systems, and terminal insertion is essential.
• An intermediate level of English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
