Arcadis seeks motivated technology professionals with experience integrating hardware/software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and deployment across tolling/ITS systems, with emphasis on electrical/electronic hardware and software. English proficiency is preferred, and travel may be required.

You will collaborate with designers, developers, and clients to resolve incidents and document requirements for engineering teams. A technical degree is expected.

• Providing preventive maintenance to electrical/electronic components.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective troubleshooting & maintenance on hardware and software components for Tolling and ITS Systems.
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in person or remotely.
• Perform onsite visits, installation, integration and deployment activities involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and hardware components.
• Prepare technical reports for the clients on incidents, maintenance and their resolution.
• Interact with clients to explain root cause/solution.
• Capture client needs regarding improvements to operate their systems for engineering teams.
