Job summary

GE HealthCare in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Site Security Leader responsible for protecting assets, facilities, and personnel across manufacturing and distribution sites. You will lead security programs and coordinate with EHS and leadership.

The role requires implementing crisis management, access control, security systems, incident response, risk assessments, and liaison with law enforcement as needed. Strong collaboration with executive teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing processes.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with federal and state regulations.
• Project and program management skills.
• Bilingual.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective implementation of the Business Security and Crisis Management program at the site.
• Ensure Work Area Security.
• Site business continuity plan coordination.
• Implement and manage the badging and access control programs.
• Implement and manage the site crisis management program.
• Monitor concerns and incident reporting.
• Ensure concern reports are addressed and properly closed out.
• Conduct initial security incident inquiry.
• Provide accurate and timely site assessments and reports to business management and the EHS Manager.
• Communicate information on site specific security issues and incidents to senior management, GE HealthCare PR, and local law enforcement as needed.
• Lead and manage contracted site security service.
• Comply with travel security and TAS process.
• Manage security protocols in GE HealthCare special events.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities at the site.
• Assume incident command role for incident types in coordination with EHS.
• Have working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion detection and access controls; ensure systems monitor and control access to facilities.
• Establish processes to detect breaches and respond to threats.
• Create processes for data to support investigations (e.g., CCTV storage).
• Lead workplace violence awareness and drills.
• Lead, coordinate & implement/maintain CTPAT/OEA standards for all operations.
• Comply with EHS regulations and report any concerns.
