The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in enterprise platform reliability, strong knowledge of operating systems, and expertise in various observability tools. Formación

• 4+ years of experience supporting the reliability of enterprise platforms.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools for metrics and alerts.
• Experience with incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Strong background in automation to reduce manual operations.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.

The Role

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience supporting the reliability and operation of enterprise platforms or IT services.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, virtualization, and/or cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools (metrics, logs, alerts, traces).
• Proven experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews.
• Strong background in automation and scripting to eliminate manual operations.
• Experience working with DevOps / SRE tools and practices, including CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Intermediate English proficiency, required for collaboration with global teams and documentation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification.
• Terraform Associate certification.
• RHCSA or RHCE (Linux) certification.
• Experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience working in large‑scale, enterprise, or regulated environments.
