Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a talented engineering leader to design, analyze and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems while guiding cross-functional teams across development, operations and product.

A degree in Computer Science or related field and a track record of solving complex problems are required. Strong ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive change are essential, with AWS knowledge and experience in the banking/finance space within Mexico highly valued.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience solving complex problems and driving change.
Systematic problem-solving approach with strong communication and ownership.
Ability to challenge current practices to promote efficiencies.
Experience dealing with stakeholders and making urgent decisions.
Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership experience.
Experience working across development, operations and product teams to prioritize needs and build relationships.
Experience in banking/payment/finance industry, especially in the Mexican market, preferred.
