Responsibilities include developing processes in line with HSE requirements, training team leaders for efficiency, and managing continuous improvement initiatives. Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements and plant objectives.
• Training and developing team leaders to ensure maximum efficiency across shifts.
• Implementing continuous improvement plans and activities to maximize efficiency.
• Managing the IMS process including KPI management and procedure updates.
• Focusing on IPIs related to the injection area.
• Monitoring Molding OEE.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives, ensuring optimal performance against IPI indicators.
• Training and developing team leaders to ensure maximum efficiency across shifts.
• Implementing continuous improvement plans and activities to maximize efficiency and enhance the injection molding process.
• Managing the IMS process as process owner, including process review, KPI management, regular procedure review and updates, corrective and preventive actions, and resource provision.
• Focusing on 12 IPIs related to the injection area (CNQ, RFT, molding scrap, standards, and networks).
• Monitoring Molding OEE.
