Una reconocida empresa en el sector manufacturero busca un Responsable de Recursos Humanos en Saltillo. Este rol abarca la estrategia de HR, el cumplimiento normativo, y la obtención de talento crítico para la operación del sitio. Se requiere un profesional con experiencia en gestión, habilidades interpersonales y conocimiento profundo de la normativa laboral y contratos manufactura.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR contact for site operations, maintaining close communication and alignment with the client.
• Lead the HR strategy for the site, aligned with corporate goals and local operational needs.
• Manage the successful start-up of new projects, ensuring talent acquisition and HR infrastructure are in place.
• Design, implement and monitor programs to attract, retain and develop personnel effectively.
• Oversee and ensure compliance in specialized HR functions: o Recruitment & Selection o Compensation & Benefits o Organizational Development o Labor & Employee Relations o Safety and Hygiene o HR Administration
• General understanding of: o Industrial Safety & Environmental Regulations o P&L / Cost Control o Customs processes o IT & Systems o Purchasing and Asset Security
• Analyze and resolve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute action plans, programs and KPIs to achieve HR and business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of manufacturing contracts and labor frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and compliant HR records, systems, and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional matters including P&L, environmental compliance, customs, IT systems, purchasing and asset protection.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or maquila environment.
• Advanced English – both written and spoken.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management.
• Proven experience in plant start-ups.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing contracts and labor compliance.
• Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong ability to work with HR systems and data analytics tools is a plu
