Hilton Tulum and Conrad Tulum seek a Site Inspection Lead to coordinate and deliver compelling property tours for prospective clients, highlighting resort venues and experiences.

You will work with the Sales and Events teams to understand client needs, schedule visits, and ensure seamless inspections that reflect Hilton's brand standards. Build lasting client relationships through a warm, professional approach and thorough follow-up to convert opportunities into business.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Lead exceptional site inspections: Welcome prospective clients, showcase the resort’s venues and facilities, and deliver engaging, personalized property tours that highlight the unique experiences offered by Hilton Tulum and Conrad Tulum.

• Coordinate inspection logistics: Schedule site visits, prepare itineraries, arrange venue setups, and collaborate with operational departments to ensure each inspection is seamless and reflects brand standards.

• Support the sales process: Partner closely with the Sales and Events teams to identify client needs, provide property information, follow up on inspection outcomes, and contribute to converting opportunities into confirmed business.

• Build meaningful client relationships: Create memorable first impressions by understanding each client’s vision, answering questions, and delivering a warm, professional, and personalized experience throughout every visit.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting: Track site inspection activities, update client information in sales systems, prepare visit summaries, and provide insights that support business development and future sales strategies.
