A leading mobility solutions company in León, Mexico, is seeking an individual responsible for managing the registration and control of invoices across multiple plants. Duties include overseeing timely payments, monitoring supplier accounts, and supporting statutory compliance through audit assistance. Candidates should have experience in invoice management and strong analytical abilities.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for the registration, control, and delivery of the invoices issued by all Mexicos POCES plants to our suppliers. It is also responsible for the correct application of the payments, always ensuring that invoices are paid within the period established in the purchase order, and keeping track of all payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.

Responsibility 1: Control and monitoring of supplier portfolio

1. Record invoices - reconciliation of receipts/invoices
2. Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
3. Register charges
4. Review and control the invoices in our portal
5. Sort, code, and match invoices
6. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
7. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
8. Prepare and validate payments for social benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.)

Responsibility 2: Overdue accounts

1. Report and track overdue accounts
2. Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports

Responsibility 3: Statutory Compliance

1. Assist and support internal and external auditing
2. Support the finance area on accountable update issues
3. Review inter-company operations in optidoc
