Kyndryl is seeking a Red Hat OpenShift Platform Administrator in Mexico City to manage on-premise and cloud OpenShift clusters. You will ensure availability, performance, and security while collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to deploy containerized apps and automate operations.

Requirements include 4+ years with OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD experience, and scripting with Ansible/YAML. Remote work is not indicated; hybrid/onsite focus may apply in Mexico City.

• Exposure to automation and scripting using Ansible, YAML, and GitOps.
• Intermediate English proficiency, required for collaboration with global teams and documentation.

The Role

As a Red Hat OpenShift Platform Administrator at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of container platforms across on‑premise and cloud environments. In this role, you will ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of OpenShift clusters that support business‑critical applications.

You will collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to deploy and support containerized applications, automate platform operations, and resolve incidents under strict service level agreements (SLAs), in alignment with Kyndryl standards and best practices.

• Experience working alongside DevOps and SRE teams.

• Exposure to IT service management practices and operational best practices.
