Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Supply Planning Manager to ensure manufacturing continuity by aligning production capacity, inventory, and customer demand. You will lead SIOP/OPP planning, perform capacity analyses, and drive improvements across manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams.

This role requires strong analytical acumen, 5+ years in supply planning, and experience with ERP planning systems and advanced Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related supply chain functions.
• Experience with production planning, capacity management, and inventory control.
• Experience with S&OE, S&OP, IBP, or SIOP planning processes and ERP/planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply continuity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of supply planning strategies within the Commercial SIOP process.
• Perform scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand changes, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions.
• Partner with manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams to develop production plans that support customer demand while optimizing capacity and inventory.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints.
• Drive inventory planning activities, monitor DOH and E&O performance, and support continuous improvement through metrics, process standardization, and planning system enhancements.
