Este rol es fundamental para garantizar el equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda de conductores, asegurando un servicio eficiente a todos los clientes. Formación

• Experiencia previa en gestión de operaciones.
• Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
• Capacidad para cumplir con estándares financieros y de servicio.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable de coaching y supervisión de un grupo de líderes de equipo.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio para los clientes.
• Gestionar expectativas financieras.
