FORVIA is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to manage internal flow from receipt to shipping at our Altamira plant. You will ensure on-time delivery, line stocking, visual management and team supervision, collaborating with quality, production and engineering.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering, has experience in production or logistics, and fluent English. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• English language required.
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems (MRP, FIFO, MPM).

Mansioni

• Manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and production line supplies.
• Lead and develop the logistics team; apply visual management.
