FORVIA is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to manage internal flow from receipt to shipping at our Altamira plant. You will ensure on-time delivery, line stocking, visual management and team supervision, collaborating with quality, production and engineering.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering, has experience in production or logistics, and fluent English. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Minimum Education Level

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience

Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting

Skills And Competencies

• English language required
