You will balance workloads, supervise daily production, and push improvement initiatives across units, with emphasis on teamwork and people development in a high-performance culture.

Formación

• Academic background in relevant engineering or management field.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with CAD tools and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production processes on the shop floor to ensure lean, safe and quality-driven output.
• Coordinate daily operations and balance workloads across OUs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction aligning with plant KPIs.
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize material flow and changeover efficiency.
