Execute process management and control activities, including process analysis, line balancing, takt time monitoring, and governance of standard work. Contribute to the successful implementation of new projects and productivity improvement initiatives.* Foster continuous collaboration across manufacturing teams to guarantee efficient and successful implementation of changeovers, pre-series activities, and product launches. Assist operational units in job balancing and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured feedback with OU Managers. Establish ongoing communication with internal customers (OUs/SUs) to support customer experience and ensure successful project execution aligned with plant KPIs.* Work closely with Logistics to implement updates in shop floor broadcasting, ensuring all production areas remain informed. Define optimal material placement in the production line and implement control systems to improve handling efficiency.* Introduce and implement new technologies to improve production efficiency.
