Safran Electrical & Power in Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks a MEDS / MES RUN ISA Coordinator to oversee local MEDS/MES support operations. You will drive incident management, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement with the Run Responsible Coordinator, ensuring service quality and alignment with standard processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus fluent English.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT/maintenance support leadership.
  • Fluent English spoken (required).

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate the Maintenance Activities for ISA (incidents, evolutions).
  • Manage support resources and ensure team skills are up-to-date.
  • Report to Run manager and synchronize with project team.
  • Apply standard IS Maintenance processes (CORE & value-for-money).
  • Coordinate Change Board activities and prioritize change requests.
  • Plan maintenance activities and communicate with Key Users.
  • Communicate major incidents to the Business team and act as incident administrator.
  • Coordinate changes validation and monitor SLA adherence.
  • Generate and monitor maintenance KPIs and oversee corrective actions.

You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the local support team, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at the site.MEDS / MES includes SHARP / SHM and MES applications like Pacing.Job Requirements• Coordinate the Maintenance Activities for ISA:o Incidentso Evolutions• Manage support resources (including technical and functional skills)• Ensure that support team skills and knowledge are updated with the latest updates on solution• Report to Run manager, and synchronize with project team• Ensure the standard IS Maintenance process is applied (CORE & best value for money approach)• Propose and agree with business on solutions aligned to standard core model and best value for money approach• Consolidate all change requests (using BIND format), prioritize them and share them for agreement during monthly Change Board (Organize and entertain Change Control Board)• Plan the maintenance activities and share the vision internally and with Key Users organization (build block point and hot fixes approach)• Communicate to Business team in case of major incident impacting the production (be the incident administrator)• Coordinate changes validation (internal and business)• Ensure the SLA on incident tickets is respected• Generate and monitor the Maintenance performance with IS KPIs• Coordinate corrective action response when required and participate to Business QRQC when solicited• Implement and make sure your team implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team.But what else?
