Rockwell Automation is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Support in Monterrey to handle the movement of materials, packing, loading and unloading, and to maintain shipment records. You will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.

You will lift heavy items, may operate a forklift, and ensure accuracy by matching goods to purchase orders. Requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months of related experience.

• Ability to perform manual tasks and physical lifting.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environments is a plus.

Job Description

Performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products. May maintain necessary files and documentation. Utilizes small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including fork lifts, skids, pallet handlers and hand trucks. Prepares and packs goods for shipment; loads and unloads carriers. Unpacks and counts goods received. Routes materials to inspection, stores or other destinations.

Additionally, you will prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment. You will examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines, and may prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and this position is located in Monterrey, Manufacturing.

• Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.
• Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
