The role involves handling confidential information, data entry, and working with various software packages including MS Access. You will assist in preparing documents for internal and external partners, supervise small projects, and may guide lesser experienced staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
• 2+ years’ office/warehouse support experience.
• Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
• Accurate and rapid data entry.

Responsabilités

• Examine documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping papers for accuracy.
• Identify and correct errors from pre-advice information.
• Compile and archive shipping documents to meet regulations.
• Prepare complex reports and presentations.
• Analyze data using software and databases (e.g., MS Access).
• Provide advanced office support and documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate information for internal/external contacts.
