Amazon is seeking a Station Manager based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX. We distribute millions of products annually to our loyal customers, and your role will be pivotal in maintaining our standards.

Key Focus Areas
  1. Safety, Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Productivity: Review operational forecasts, determine productivity requirements, and manage a team to meet department goals.
  2. Safety Programs: Support safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for associates and delivery service providers.
  3. Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and proactive problem-solving.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee the day-to-day management of the delivery station, leading a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers. Responsibilities include conducting meetings, training, assigning duties, and communication with DSPs and management.

You are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring proper training, and addressing team needs. Leading change and fostering innovation are also key aspects of your role.

Daily Operations
  • Receive, scan, lift, and move shipments up to 25 kg.
  • Route shipments within the AMZL coverage area.
  • Support and assign duties to team members.
  • Adapt to operational changes and growth.
  • Monitor sorting operations and driver dispatch.
  • Stand and walk approximately 5 miles daily.
  • Work in environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, or not air-conditioned.
Typical Day

The manager maintains safety, quality, and process improvements while handling administrative and operational challenges. Skills in people management, load planning, and quick decision-making are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and high delivery standards.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, or holidays.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+).
  • 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
