A leading automotive parts retailer in Mexico is looking for an entry-level sales associate to support DIY customers and meet sales objectives. This position requires basic automotive knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. The ideal candidate will assist with inventory and deliver exceptional customer service. Part-time and full-time positions available, and fleet safety certification is preferred.

Formación

• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.

Conocimientos

Basic automotive system knowledge

Friendly communication

Basic driving and navigation ability

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent
