Slalom is seeking a Consultant in Modern Work to design, build, and support SharePoint Online solutions and Copilot-enabled experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Copilot.

You will work in a hybrid environment in Mexico, partnering with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and security teams to deliver AI-powered, user-friendly experiences while aligning with governance

Formación

• Experience designing, developing, and administering SharePoint Online solutions.
• Practical experience with Power Platform to extend and automate SharePoint 365 solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building or configuring Copilot agents or similar AI/chatbot solutions.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting across SharePoint and integrations.
• Ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about emerging Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions.
• Build custom SharePoint components using SPFx, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
• Administer and support SharePoint Online environments.
• Design, build Copilot agents leveraging data sources for AI-powered knowledge retrieval.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across SharePoint and Copilot.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and line-of-business systems.
• Support delivery lifecycle activities from design to post-go-live support.
• Monitor and optimize SharePoint and Copilot solutions using analytics and feedback.
• Contribute to client enablement and adoption through docs and training.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot roadmap.
