Formación

• Experience in the CRM industry is essential.

As part of Slalom’s Microsoft Cloud Team, you’ll lead within the Azure Infrastructure practice and partner across our six Microsoft solution areas (Microsoft 365, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI, and Business Applications). You’ll collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and our Microsoft field/partner teams to create client impact while growing a healthy, high - performing practice community.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment as we build the foundation and grow our team in Mexico. We offer a flexible working environment to balance the need to work independently, with days that will require in-person collaboration at our office.

Role Title - Consultant or Senior Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft D365 CE platform, Power Platform, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages (Portals), and Connectors
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Dynamics 365 CE.

What You’ll Bring

• CRM industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutions.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software design best practices.
• Functional knowledge in at least one D365 CE module, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, or Field Services.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Web Jobs.
