Milestone Technologies, Inc. is looking for a full-time ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to enhance their consulting services. The role involves working on complex projects for enterprise clients, requiring strong ServiceNow expertise and collaboration with various teams. This remote position focuses on configuration, development, and technical support for ServiceNow implementations while ensuring effective solutions that meet clients' needs.
Milestone Technologies is actively seeking a full-time ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to join their ServiceNow Premier Partner consulting team. The successful candidate will bring a combination of expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration. As a valuable member of the Milestone Technologies project team, the Technical Consultant will collaborate with engagement managers, architects, and analysts to design and implement new solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The projects are diverse, often involving long-term, complex initiatives for enterprise clients. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.
Skills
• Experience supporting at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow system administration and development experience
• ServiceNow technical configuration and development, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, setup of core integrations (LDAP, SSO, email), and development of reports and dashboards
• Experience with web technologies scripting (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of CMDB
• Understanding of Agile SCRUM development methodology
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification for ITSM
• Highly Desired: ServiceNow Implementation experience in various modules besides ITSM/CMDB, such as APM, CSM, Get to Work/Safe Workplace, HRSM, etc.
