Corning Incorporated in Monterrey is building a ServiceNow Center of Excellence and seeking professionals across disciplines. If ServiceNow is your craft, we want to hear from you.

Roles span Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Designer, Technical Lead/Architect, and Developer/Administrator. You will design, implement, and govern ServiceNow solutions and integrations with a focus on AI-powered experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (any level) are strongly valued.
• Master's degree or AI/ML coursework is a plus for senior and lead-level roles.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom apps.
• Managing CMDB/SACM strategies, Discovery automation, and asset lifecycle management.
• Translating business requirements into ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Designing AI-powered employee experiences using Now Assist and Generative AI tools.
• Architecting integrations between ServiceNow and global business systems.
• Leading platform upgrades, roadmaps, and governance standards.
• Mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.

• Designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications
• Managing and evolving CMDB/SACM strategies, Discovery automation, and asset lifecycle management
• Analyzing, documenting, and improving IT service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices
• Gathering and translating business requirements into clear, actionable ServiceNow platform solutions
• Designing AI-powered employee experiences using Now Assist, Moveworks, and Virtual Agent
• Architecting and governing enterprise-grade integrations between ServiceNow and global business systems
• Leading platform upgrades, technical roadmaps, and governance standards
• Mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and elevating the team's technical standard
• Partnering with global stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations

• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
• SAFe Agile

EDUCATION

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

• Business level English proficiency required (written and verbal)
