We are building a dynamic talent pool for professionals who are skilled in JavaScript and hold at least the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and Customize Solutions: Create tailored solutions within ServiceNow by writing efficient and scalable JavaScript code, configuring forms, and extending platform capabilities to meet diverse business needs.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions aligned with best practices.
• Maintain Platform Integrity: Ensure the performance, stability, and security of ServiceNow configurations while adhering to platform governance and design principles.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and features to continuously improve existing implementations.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimizing platform operations and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.
• Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, HR, ITAM, ITOM, IRM or CSM modules.
  • Additional certifications (e.g. CAD, ITSM).
