Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows while optimizing automation.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and features using JavaScript and APIs.
• Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills and agent workflows to automate processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via spokes or custom APIs.
• Collaborate in an Agile setting, participate in upgrades to ensure performance and security.
