This role involves developing and deploying AI-powered solutions using NowAssist and related technologies to enhance business processes and user experiences. You will work on innovative projects with a diverse and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development: Design and improve applications in Virtual Agent Designer, AI Agent Studio, Integration Hub, and Skills Builder.
• API Integration: Develop integrations with third-party systems using Flows, Integration Hub, scripted REST messages, and outbound HTTP requests.
• ServiceNow & NowAssist Product Utilization: Build and maintain solutions using technologies like Employee Center Pro portal, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skills Builder, AI Agent Studio, and Workflow Builder.
• Data Storage Architecture: Manage diverse data sources such as relational databases, vector databases, document repositories, and BLOB stores.
• AI and LLM Utilization: Use large language models to optimize system instructions for natural language understanding and task execution.
• UX/UI Design: Customize chatbot messages and user interface using HTML & CSS.
• Collaboration: Work with HR partners, end-users, and other developers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Improve application performance and user experience through testing, debugging, and iterative improvements.
• Training and Support: Provide technical mentorship and training on ServiceNow NowAssist capabilities and applications.

• Proven ability as a cloud application developer.
• Experience in developing solutions with Virtual Agent Designer, Flows, Integration Hub, Skills Builder, Workflow Builder, scripted REST APIs, outbound HTTP messages, and other sophisticated ServiceNow functionality.
• Proven understanding of API development, integration, and management.
• Experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and OpenAuth.
• Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI) and their integration with business applications.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and serverless architectures.
• Good understanding of data repositories, search, and indexing.
• Ability to fix, debug, and optimize virtual agent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Some familiarity with generative AI workflows and tools.
• Background in crafting conversational AI or virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
