This role involves supervising contractors, resolving technical issues, and providing clients with accurate information. Customer Service Project Coordinator

Ensure the correct technical execution of Customer Service projects in the field, coordinating materials, contractors, and installation processes, with a focus on compliance with technical standards, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Summary of Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the reception, control, and inventory of materials on site.
  • Follow up on the work plan, reporting progress and status of activities.
  • Supervise contractors in the field, providing training and reviewing the assembly of components.
  • Verify wiring, conduits, and technical conformity of installations.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and follow up on implemented solutions.
  • Provide the client with clear and accurate technical information about the project.
  • Perform functional tests, system start-ups, and customer training.
  • Document project progress and ensure traceability of actions carried out.
  • Interpret structural, electrical, and mechanical diagrams during project stages.
  • Identify preventive or corrective maintenance needs and collaborate in their execution.
Qualifications

Technical or university training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical careers.
Desirable: previous experience in technical field, supervision of installations or commissioning. Experience in dealing with clients and managing contractors will be an asset.
