MIKRA Production Measurement is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to organize and optimize the service team's activities in Querétaro. You will allocate technicians to calls and maintenance visits, ensuring on-time performance.

You will prepare quotations for services and equipment, follow up to advance conversions, and serve as the primary liaison among customers, the service team, and internal departments. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Advanced/fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule the service team's activities, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians to service calls and maintenance visits.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for services and equipment.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to support conversion and closing.
• Serve as a point of contact between customers, the service team, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized records of service schedules, quotations, and follow-up status.
• Identify opportunities to improve service scheduling and workflow efficiency.
