ServiceNow Lead Performance Analytics

Responsibilities include hands-on configuration and design of ITSM applications, experience with Performance Analytics, scripting, Business Rules, Flow Designer, reporting, visualization, and performance optimization in ServiceNow. Fluent English required. Location: Hybrid in Mexico City and Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide architecture support for platform, database, middleware, and backup systems, including design, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
  • Manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and develop SOPs and reports.
Team Management
  • Forecast talent needs, recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and training standards, build internal talent pools, and promote diversity.
  • Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster employee engagement.
Deliverables
  • Ensure SLA adherence, manage knowledge, and mitigate risks.
  • Deliver new projects on time and maintain quality standards.
