ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Role Purpose: Provide significant technical expertise in the architecture planning and design of ITSM, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Custom Integrations, Import Sets & Transform Maps, Fix Scripts, Background Scripts, Foundation CMDB, Integrations, Batch Processes, SLA. Mandatory: English. Location: Guadalajara and Mexico (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Support architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects: Lead design of platform, middleware, database, backup; conduct capacity planning; leverage new features; strategize disaster recovery and backup plans.
• Manage daily operations: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, plan upgrades/migrations, review performance, develop SOPs, and report to stakeholders.
• Team Management: Forecast talent needs, hire, train, ensure onboarding, build talent pool, promote diversity, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive engagement initiatives.

Deliverables

• Ensure SLA adherence, knowledge management, CSAT, risk mitigation, timely delivery of projects, and compliance with change management processes.
