Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Service Implementation Manager in Mexico to lead the rollout of radiology informatics solutions. You will drive high-quality project delivery, build strong customer relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary implementation team across the region.

In this role, you will shape governance, ensure successful go-lives, and elevate execution standards while developing leadership capabilities within the team; experience in healthcare IT is highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in implementation, service delivery, and program or project management with a proven track record of leading teams and building customer relationships.
• Healthcare technology, imaging informatics, RIS/PACS, or related technical environments are highly valued.

Service Implementation Manager

Lead the implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions in Mexico, ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery, strong customer relationships, and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary implementation team.

Your role

• This role will have a direct impact on implementation excellence in Mexico by driving high-quality project execution, supporting customer satisfaction, strengthening delivery governance, and contributing to business performance in a strategic market.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and work closely with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives, strong execution discipline, and trusted customer relationships.
• You will also help create structure, clarity, and a strong team environment while supporting performance, accountability, and collaboration.

You're the right fit if:

• You bring strong experience in implementation, service delivery, program or project management, along with proven people leadership and customer relationship management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, imaging informatics, RIS/PACS, or a comparable technical environment.
• You combine strong project management and execution skills with the technical credibility to navigate discussions involving systems, infrastructure, and complex implementation topics. You are also recognized for strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management certification such as PMP is highly valued.
• You are fluent in English, comfortable working in a dynamic customer-facing environment, and able to balance operational execution, customer trust‑building, and people leadership. Experience in a high-performing, global, or world‑class organization will be considered a strong advantage.
