Role Title

Job title: Service Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• This role will have a direct impact on implementation excellence in Mexico by driving high-quality project execution, supporting customer satisfaction, strengthening delivery governance, and contributing to business performance in a strategic market.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and work closely with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives, strong execution discipline, and trusted customer relationships.
• You will also help create structure, clarity, and a strong team environment while supporting performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• This is an opportunity to take on a high-visibility leadership role with meaningful exposure across the business, shape team effectiveness, elevate implementation standards, and further develop your people leadership, customer management, and strategic execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• You bring strong experience in implementation, service delivery, program or project management, along with proven people leadership and customer relationship management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, imaging informatics, RIS/PACS, or a comparable technical environment.
• You combine strong project management and execution skills with the technical credibility to navigate discussions involving systems, infrastructure, and complex implementation topics. You are also recognized for strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management certification such as PMP is highly valued.
• You are fluent in English, comfortable working in a dynamic customer-facing environment, and able to balance operational execution, customer trust-building, and people leadership. Experience in a high-performing, global, or world-class organization will be considered a strong advantage.
