Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations

Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which are the beating heart of our work. We collaborate with development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution.
  • Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
  • Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources in line with job requirements.
  • Contacting the client for job preparation, execution, and closeout, and managing the relationship to ensure business success for BHGE.
  • Ensuring the proper process is followed when there is a risk of not achieving the clients' objectives.
  • Escalating issues that can impact service delivery.
  • Ensuring invoices are in line with contracts/quotes, with no revenue leakage, and ensuring timely cash collection.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in electronic, mechanical, or petroleum engineering from an accredited university and relevant industry experience within the product line.
  • Have at least 5 years of prior experience in roles such as directional field engineer, remote engineer, applications engineer, or similar.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
