Formación

Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations

Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is the beating heart of our work. We collaborate with development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its revenue, profit, and cash collection by ensuring flawless execution.
  2. Coordinating required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure execution aligns with customer expectations and contract terms.
  3. Understanding and capitalizing on assigned contracts/quotes.
  4. Monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
  5. Scheduling and dispatching resources according to job requirements.
  6. Managing client relationships during job preparation, execution, and closeout to ensure business success.
  7. Following proper processes to address risks to achieving client objectives.
  8. Escalating issues that can impact service delivery.
  9. Ensuring invoices align with contracts/quotes, preventing revenue leakage, and ensuring timely cash collection.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should:

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in electronic, mechanical, or petroleum engineering from an accredited university, with relevant industry experience.
  2. Have at least 5 years of experience in roles such as directional field engineer, remote engineer, applications engineer, or similar.
  3. Demonstrate leadership or supervisory experience.
  4. Be capable of building consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  5. Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
