1. Outstanding guest relations skills.
2. Advanced level English skills.
3. Great interpersonal skills; waiters must always have the support of their collaborators and gain the trust and respect of customers.
4. Great organizational skills; can effectively organize and follow table allocations, server assignments, and incident management.
5. Maintain a professional attitude both on and off the floor with all departments.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Highest standards of grooming.
