About the role of Server:

The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests professionally and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.

What you will do:

  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Process payments (cash, card, mobile) and issue receipts.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials or promotions.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
  • A minimum of three (3) years working in a Food & Beverage role
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset
  • Ability to operate computer equipment
  • Knowledge of Micros system
  • Understanding and familiarity with hotel quality and service standards
  • Highest level of integrity and transparency
  • Ethical approach to situations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Work in a safe, organized, and prudent manner
