We’re looking for a highly skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team.

You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and support lead generation for U.S.-based clients. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with content, development, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities
2. Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (meta tags, site structure, page speed, mobile usability, etc.)
3. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are followed across all web content
4. Monitor and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
5. Provide recommendations for link-building strategies and digital PR opportunities
6. Stay current with the latest algorithm updates and industry trends
7. Optimize websites and landing pages for both local and national SEO performance
8. Communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders and present SEO strategies and results clearly

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, ideally working with U.S. clients
• Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Based in Guadalajara and available for hybrid work (some on-site attendance required)
