  • Join SEO and PPC sales and reporting meetings, offer insight and help close deals.
  • Conduct full keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits for prospects and clients.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including meta tag optimization, internal linking, citation building, and backlink outreach.
  • Provide monthly reporting and performance insights for SEO and Ads.

About the Role
This role is for an SEO & Paid Media Specialist who will be crucial in both sales and client management. You'll contribute insights to close deals, then conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.

Your core responsibilities include setting up and optimizing Google and Meta ad campaigns, executing on-page and off-page SEO tasks (like meta tag optimization, backlink outreach, and GMB optimization), and providing monthly performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join SEO and PPC sales and reporting meetings, offer insight and help close deals.
  • Conduct full keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits for prospects and clients
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across:
    • Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks:
    • Meta tag optimization, internal linking, alt text, schema basics
    • GBP optimization, citation building
    • Backlink outreach and tracking
  • Provide monthly reporting and performance insights for SEO and Ads

Required Tools & Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency is required due to the client-facing and strategic nature of the role.
  • Must be confident in client-facing conversations, especially around SEO and paid ad strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • BrightLocal
    • SpyFu
    • HubSpot
    • GMB Everywhere
  • Understanding of landing page best practices and conversion tracking
  • Open to tool substitutions when reasonable and effective

Creative & Content Support

The hire will be supported by a full in-house creative team, including:

  • A graphic designer for ad and landing page visuals
  • A website designer for SEO updates and web builds
  • A video editor and content creative for paid campaign material
  • A photographer/videographer for original content creation used in social, SEO, and ads
  • The SEO/Ads specialist will be responsible for ad copywriting and may assist with keyword blog content, but will not need to create or edit visuals or video content themselves.

Tech Stack & Workflow

We are a Google-based company and operate in a streamlined, cloud-based workflow:

  • Communication: Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet
  • Project Management: Asana
  • CRM & CMS: HubSpot (also using the AI content remix tool)
  • Website Platforms: Wix, HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and Figma (used for visual planning)

Team Structure

  • A dedicated project manager will assist in communication, timelines, and deliverable tracking
  • I will stay closely involved in strategy, performance reviews, and overall support.
