BairesDev in Mexico is seeking a Senior Zoom Virtual Agent Engineer to design, configure, and deploy intelligent chatbot and contact center solutions.
You will partner with clients, translate business needs into conversational AI and cloud workflows, lead API integrations, and optimize performance based on analytics.

Formación
- 5+ years in Zoom CCaaS engineering or CCaaS implementations.
- Proven expertise with Zoom Virtual Agent and chatbot technologies.
- Hands-on REST/JSON API integrations experience.
- Experience in client-facing technical consulting.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of intelligent virtual agents and chatbot workflows.
- Architect and execute cloud contact center migrations and platform integrations.
- Develop and implement secure API integrations for connectivity between systems.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consulting.
- Optimize system performance and conversational flows using analytics and feedback.
