Formación

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• 3+ years of proven ability building, maintaining and configuring Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and tips.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
