Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr. Support Engineer 1 for its Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Tech Team in Monterrey, Mexico. The role focuses on diagnosing complex code and infrastructure issues, architecting cloud migration solutions, and leading onboarding engagements for SaaS customers.

The candidate will work across Windows/Linux, Azure, and observability tools like AppDynamics and Splunk, mentoring teammates and driving proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software support/architecture in SaaS environments.
• Strong Java application analysis and debugging skills.
• Advanced SQL skills (Oracle/SQL Server) and data models in WMS context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical escalation point for high-severity issues across app and infra layers.
• Diagnose issues in cloud stack: app, Azure, networking, data layer.
• Lead onboarding of customers to cloud/SaaS WMS platform, including data migration and integration validation.
• Mentor mid-level/junior engineers and contribute to knowledge articles.
