Marsh McLennan is seeking an IT Project Management Specialist to join the Mexico City team. This hybrid role requires being in the office at least three days a week and leads initiatives spanning the full software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, apply PM and BA skills for Marketing & Communications, and support admin tasks and dashboards. Strong English and data-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and data-driven business analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1).
• Experience leading initiatives and coordinating projects proactively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement app development projects, driving them from conception to completion.
• Apply Project Manager and Business Analyst skills for Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide Admin Support to key enterprise applications.
• Provide support in creating and managing dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
