Speechify is hiring for a Windows desktop specialist to design, build, and ship native applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, and C#. You’ll ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-version compatibility while collaborating with design, QA, and product teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK, WinUI and C#.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture and interop with native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
• Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Define best practices for code architecture, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning.
• Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose complex bugs, optimize performance, and address cross-version compatibility.
