Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to help expand our growing iOS core product and support millions of users worldwide. We are a 100% distributed company with a fast-moving, high-impact culture that values technical excellence and clear decision-making.

You will lead engineering and product discussions, ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, and collaborate in a dedicated product team to shape the roadmap while maintaining a complex architecture.

Formación

• Experience with scaling products to a large user base.
• Track record across multiple products from inception to traction, with responsibility for engineering the product.
• Customer obsession and delivering the best possible user experience.
• Strong product thinking to guide internal teams and designers in the right direction.
• Ability to move fast and decide what to ship now vs. later.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup with a remote team.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
