Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Mexico to own architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, and Web3 integrations. You will build scalable, secure systems, processing real-time data streams and on-chain activity while collaborating with an experienced engineering team.

You will lead design decisions, deliver high-quality code, and drive production-ready solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full stack development with Web3 focus.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience delivering Web3 apps or integrations to production.
• Experience integrating blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data sources.
• Proven ability to design and scale data-intensive, real-time systems.
• Strong architectural judgment for performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent decision-making in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React-based UIs, Node.js services, and Web3 integrations.
• Design and scale decentralized applications with wallets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data sources.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, and APIs into robust workflows.
• Architect systems for performance, security, and interoperability in decentralized ecosystems.
• Develop infrastructure to process high volumes of real-time market information and blockchain activity.
• Own the full software lifecycle from design to deployment and production support.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and research emerging Web3 technologies.
• Contribute to trading and market intelligence products with high-performance UX.
• Maintain high engineering standards through quality-focused implementation.
