A global automotive leader seeks a Senior Warranty Analyst to manage warranty expense budgeting and improve processes. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's in engineering or economics along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Skills in Power BI and MS Office are mandatory. This hybrid role is based in Mexico City, combining both office and remote work.
The CCA Senior Warranty Analyst is a subject matter expert in all aspects of warranty processing and procedures. His/her primary responsibility is to plan and create the region warranty expense budget considering elements such as inflation, price elasticity and car park expected growth as well as to improve the Global Warranty Management system through implementing sound processes and ensuring completion of tasks on time every time.
