WITHIN in Mexico City seeks an AI Creative Specialist to drive client-facing AI image and video generation, using prompt engineering and model tooling to deliver high‑fidelity visuals.

You will partner with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets into final work, while refining prompts and workflows for scalable production and systematized AI tools. The role is fully in‑office in Mexico City.

Formación

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficient with multiple AI generation platforms and workflows and model training for branded imagery.
• Strong design sense and ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Demonstrated experimentation and adoption of emerging AI solutions in campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing AI image and video generation with prompt engineering and tool usage.
• Develop, test, and improve internal AI tools used by creative teams.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets.
• Refine prompts, workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets for scalability.
• Ensure quality checks, color, composition, and brand alignment across outputs.
